Great mirror if you get one that works

This mirror is super sleek, has a beautiful light, and helps with applying makeup with precision. This being said, my first mirror only maintained a charge for 30 minutes to 1 hour total until I had to recharge it. The company boasts a 5 week charge. I ended up just keeping it plugged in all of the time because I knew the battery would inevitably die after 1 to 2 uses. I ended up having to ship the mirror back to simplehuman to get a replacement because the battery never lasted longer than an hour. This warranty process took about two weeks. I have had the replacement mirror for 1 week now, and it seems to hold a charge. My first mirror also functioned well for about two weeks until the battery life drained, but hopefully this one is reliable. According to other reviews on simplehuman’s website and other approved vendors, short battery life is a semi frequent issue, so if you purchase this mirror, be prepared to use the warranty.

incredibly wonderful company to deal with - my wife received the 8 inch mirror with touch control brightness for a xmas present. she had it for a while and it started to not hold the charge. she asked me to please send it back and lo and behold... they received and said that they will send out a new one - seeing was believing... we received, opened the box, unwrapped the item and wonderfully found a brand new mirror... thank you thank you thank you...

I love my simplehuman Mirror. The magnification is just what I need and I like the way it has a sensor that turns it on. I like that it is rechargeable so I don't have to have a cord on my makeup table all the time. I highly recommend this mirror. Worth every penny.
