I love this mirror. I love the size, the brightness, and the magnification. My only concern is the sensor doesn't work very well. May I have some troubleshooting tips please?

Disappointed. I wish the mirror wasn’t always magnified. I find I use my old mirror still because it’s only magnified on one side. I wouldn’t give one as a gift. Not that excited about it.

LOVE this bright 5x mirror! Just the right magnification to see detail clearly on my whole face because of being 8” (inches) in diameter. The adjustable height and tilt work well on my master bath vanity. It’s a great wide view mirror. I’m a senior + my vision is less sharp than it was once was w/o my glasses, and this mirror compensates wonderfully.

Had a little trouble with the second mirror being delivered by FedEX, it was not delivered here at my address, when they said it was. It was lost for several days. I contacted ‘Customer Support’ I got a quick response from Megan, np, she was of the greatest help, within a couple of days a replacement mirror was sent out to me.
The day before I got the replacement mirror the original order shows up on my front porch, again contacted ‘Customer Support’ again Megan & Vera were superb in helping me sort out the situation.

Again I LOVE it, and so did my wife so, I bought her one.
