Mirror will not charge and customer service does not respond

My mirror won’t charge. I followed all the troubleshooting and reset procedures but had no results. I reached out to customer support 4 days ago and they have not responded to me. I used to be a big simple human fan, but quality and service have definitely slipped

Good lighting but…

This is my second Simplehuman mirror, I love the new features in this one , but I’m having the same issue I had with the first mirror. The mirror does NOT hold a charge long. I have to recharge every 3 or 4 days.

Arrived unable to charge

Mirror arrived unable to charge. I have followed all the troubleshooting suggestions, and nothing works. I sent a message to Simplehuman 2 days ago, and have not heard back from them. I am highly disappointed.

Bought one for me, one for my daughter. Broke mine by accident (hopefully no 7 years bad luck). Purchased a new one for me, love every one of them. Perfect lighting to make my perfectly imperfect look perfect.

Light goes on when you walk by which is annoying; it should have a on/off switch. Would have liked a non magnified mirror on back side.

Love it!

I love these mirrors. I bought one of these in 2016 (maybe?) and used it religiously. It finally stopped holding the charge and turning on earlier this spring. I missed it so much I bought another one. This one is even better because it has a type C charge port now and when I raise the mirror, it stays up where I put it. My old one always slid back down so I'm really happy with the new one. If you're on the fence, just buy it. They last a really long time and I've never had a better magnifying mirror.
