Charge doesn’t last long

I love everything about this mirror except for two things. 1. The position I put the mirror in slowly slides down. It doesn’t stay out so I’m constantly adjusting it as I’m applying my makeup. The 2nd thing is the charge. I’m lucky to get a few days out of the charge. I actually didn’t realize that it claims to last up to 5 weeks until I came to write my review. So maybe I’ll write the company. Because I’ve never gotten more than a few days.

I am very happy with my purchase of this mirror... The dimmable lighting is awesome and my most favorite part is that it's rechargeable and can be moved around freely without worrying about cords!

I love this mirror. I love the size, the brightness, and the magnification. My only concern is the sensor doesn't work very well. May I have some troubleshooting tips please?

incredibly wonderful company to deal with - my wife received the 8 inch mirror with touch control brightness for a xmas present. she had it for a while and it started to not hold the charge. she asked me to please send it back and lo and behold... they received and said that they will send out a new one - seeing was believing... we received, opened the box, unwrapped the item and wonderfully found a brand new mirror... thank you thank you thank you...
