My first mirror was an xmas gift from my husband and I had it over 5 years before it said a quick goodbye to me. The second mirror lasted less than a year before it refused to charge despite numerous times resetting and trying a different charger. I was unable to get any customer service as to how to fix/exchange it so I ended up buying a brand new one. If this one dies on me in less than a year I'm going to have to look for something different. That's gonna break my heart because I LOVE this mirror. It doesn't distort your image, the brightness is just right and it doesn't take up a lot of space. Even tho its rather large to travel with, I always leave room in my suitcase to take it with me because hotel bathroom lighting and mirrors suck!

The touch-adjustable brightness is super handy for getting the perfect lighting. The mirror is high-quality, clear, and looks great in my space. It's a worthwhile investment for anyone who wants to improve their grooming routine.

I love this mirror finally bit the bullet and bought it! And it’s awesome I love the sensor and brightness control as well as the two tone colored lighting,I bought the pink color one and it’s so nice!

I dont have control. The light comes on when you appear in front of it. How can I adjust it not to do so. I dont understand, Hate it.
