Let there be light???

After multiple attempts to reset the mirror, it will not turn on. After contacting the company, I have been promptly provided with a return label. Looking forward to getting my replacement!!!

Didn’t work- can’t get in touch with an actual person

I already have a mirror that was given to me from my sister and I absolutely love it, but it won’t charge anymore (I’ve had it for years). I saw where SH was having a sale, so I bought a new one. Right out of the box, I followed the instructions and the mirror wouldn’t charge or turn on. I tried to reach an actual person to discuss exchange with or other options to fix said brand new mirror and I was redirected to problem solving videos, that didn’t work. I became so frustrated that I decided to return for a refund (I’ve yet to see ) and buy a less expensive useful mirror

Second simple human mirror

Because of a bathroom remodel I had to replace my wall-mounted mirror with this pedestal version. The new mirror has some features the old one did not. The old mirror is still in good working order and I plan to pass it on to someone who can use a wall-mounted mirror.

Great mirror!

This is my second simplehuman lighted mirror. My first was a wall mount and after some use it stopped charging. The company helped me and got it all working again. This is why I bought my second one for my vanity table. The new one has a lot more settings, daylight and candlelight mode plus intensity range. Nice!
