New mirror

After over 4 years my mirror stopped holding a charge. I sent it back for repair. After repair, which took almost a month, it again stopped holding a charge. No questions asked. They sent me a new mirror. I just returned the old one and expect no more problems. I am pleased.

Expected more

I bought this mirror a little over a year ago and since then, I've had to send it back twice for warranty work. The sensor stopped working and then the second replacement wouldn't hold a charge. Fingers crossed 3rd time is a charm. simplehuman CS has been wonderful, so can't complain about that.

Best Mirror Ever

I have had a simplehuman mirror for several years. When I recently had a problem due to wear and tear, simplehuman fixed it free under the 5-year warranty. Their Customer Service was amazing! While it was away, I purchased another lighted mirror to use in the interim. It was terrible! No comparison. I wanted my simplehuman back! I have since upgraded to the touch control brightness mirror. It is fantastic just as I knew it would be. If you're in doubt as to whether to purchase this mirror I can assure you that you will be happy!

Best Makeup Mirror I've Ever Had

I have been using makeup mirrors for over 25 years and this one is the best ever hands down. I wanted one that shows your whole face which the 5x does. I don't know why anyone would want any higher magnification. The lighting is perfect and cool which LED provides. I love that it senses your presence and automatically turns on. What a great feature. But the feature that was very important to me was the adjustable height. Most mirrors are so short in height and you would have to bend down to use them. This sits on my makeup table at a comfortable height when seated. This mirror has all the pluses in features and it is worth every cent. Highly recommend.

First mirror needed to be replaced after a few months, Simple Human made it very easy to return it and get a new one. Things can happen with any item, hopefully this one will last a long time like the other simple human products we own.
