Mirror didn’t work

I was excited to purchase this mirror after years wanting it. But when I finally received it, it wasn’t a working mirror, lights are not working and the mirror looks like someone else’s return m. Disappointed

I was very disappointed! I probably own 8 of your mirrors between 2 houses, free standing & hardwired. This one wouldn’t light up. I returned it. I really wanted to exchange it but your website is so bad, I saw no option for this. I love the mirrors but am very hesitant to order another after this.

I waited and waited until SimpleHuman had a sale at the holidays to buy this mirror. I’d been using a dinky five dollar drugstore magnifying mirror for several years. This thing is now like the crown of my bathroom countertop. I love the lighting options, I love that it comes on with a sensor, I love how big it is, which is bigger than I thought it was going to be, and I love the fact that it telescopes. It’s a beautiful mirror that I wish I’d had five years ago. I read some reviews that the battery dies out after a few years. That’s disappointing to read. simplehuman please fix that! There’s no reason to throw away such a nice mirror because of the battery. Let us buy a new battery.

Sensor feature vs on/off button

The motion sensor is a great feature if you want the light on the mirror to turn on every time you are near it. The power button to stop this feature is on the bottom of the mirror. So it’s either always lighting up or you will need to go through the trouble of picking up the mirror each time you want to turn it on and off. Not ideal.
