Got a second one of these mirrors and unlike the first this one has a dimming feature and ability to switch from the bright artificial light setting to an "outdoors" light option. Both the old and new perform well and being able to adjust the height is a plus.

For many years all of our mirrors trash laundry gliding cabinet shelves and soap dispensers are exclusively simplehuman purchases. The new makeup mirror is excellent as is its predecessor now relocated within the house. Works as described with upgraded usbc charging cord and easier light controls

Im not thrilled about the replacement you offered for my mirror that was under warranty! Mine was discontinued but you didnt replace with the same type of mirror you have me one of lesser value without the extra magnification!

Can't live without it, and warranty process was fast and simple

I love my simplehuman sensor mirror. I honestly can't do my makeup without it. It died after 11 months, and the warranty process was fast and simple. I got a brand new mirror within a week or so of contacting simplehuman.
