Sensor is not as responsive as I expected

The trash can looks amazing and is a great addition to my kitchen, however, the sensor is not nearly as responsive as I hoped it would be. It also randomly opens many times throughout the day. I’m not sure if this is normal or if mine is a little defective.

Randomly Opens

I love this trash can and would buy it again, but it randomly opens. I’m at home alone…it’s almost Halloween and I’m on the couch…it’s scary to see this thing open for no one. It’s done this while empty and half full. Other than it scarring the life outta me…I love it.

Working great…for now!

I love these trash cans. However over the last 3 years I’ve had to replace it 5 times due to malfunctioning. With this last replacement, I was told that the warranty on it would only be good for as long as was left on the previous can.

We love this trash/recycler. We saw a few bad reviews but decided to get it anyway because it checked all the boxes for us. It functions very well as advertised. I don’t miss the foot pedal one bit.

I think it’s great. I like it. I read a lot of reviews that it starts to die out or anything, but if any problem with your product, I know in my heart that you guys are gonna do what you can to make them Customer happy.
But so far, I’m very happy. I don’t have to lift nothing spilling. Everything is wonderful. I love it

This trash can is PERFECT. As a condo owner, this is the can to have. Everything is in one place, trash, recycle, and the additional compost caddy. . All easily to use. And the voice activation commands adds the ease of use. . Some may say that the price is high, but to me this was an investment in a product made to last.

Error keeps happening

The sensor is so delicate. We have had many errors, and after watching a lot of YouTube videos, we are one of a ton!
And NO easy fix.
