I think these sensor cans are amazing. I hope they will continue to be available. They are so helpful for people on walkers and have arthritis issues. This is my 2nd can I ordered. Another great thing is these cans don’t talk back! Ha. My first one first just gave up listening to me (it lasted a few years)! But I like this can and ordered another.

Although, the trash side is smaller than thea previous sensor can from a different manufacture, it is still a nice, combined recycler and trash sensor can.
I 'm not using the power cord due to electrical outlet is not within distance to use without an extension cord. It would be nice if this recycler had a compartment to store the power supply when not in use.

Best sensor can

One of the biggest crimes I hear everyone say is how their sensor can will not stay open when they’re doing things like peeling potatoes. That’s what I love about this censor it. As long as you remain in front of it, it stays open. I also appreciate the fact that it’s a split can since easily half of our garbage is recyclables. So convenient. The last and equally best thing about this can is that it has a place to store the trash bags in behind it, so you’re never without a bag at the ready. .
