I’m Surprised

I have a very picky eater Chinese Crested Powder Puff. I’ve been so tired of trying to get her to eat. I’m currently doing the 25% Farmer’s Dog with her regular food. Day 1 she ate her food and then ate the Farmer’s Dog food which is all in the same dish. Day 2 she ate Farmer’s dog first. Also, I microwave it to take the chill out of it. So far I’m finally getting some success.

Chipped top of can upon arrival

I love this sensor can so much!! It works perfectly, but unfortunately upon arrival, there were chips and scrapes on the top of the trash can — this is something I’d like for simple human to make right, if at all possible.
Otherwise, this is the best can I’ve ever owned!

Smaller than expected but I love it!

I definitely underestimated the size of the trash portion of the Recycler split sensor can. With that being said, my Katie Merz edition trashcan is functional art. All of the simple human features 100% justify the cost. 10/10 would buy again!

The Recycler is beautiful, in all its Matte Black goodness. However while the features work as described and work well… we find it opening without anyone being around it quite often. I’m going to read through the booklet and see if it’s something that I need to set up, but if not it’s not something that I would classify as a slight quirk.

When removed from packaging Recycler was not opening on sensor or voice control.
Waiting for a replacement and will be sending the already boxed not working Recycler back upon receipt.

Great automated trashcan!

This trashcan works as advertised. Makes it easier to put trash into the can without fumbling around, stepping on pedals or lifting lids. I can recommend this to anyone.

Sleek but easily confused

We love the sleek style and functionality but the sensor can be easily confused causing lid malfunction that requires a reset
