Trash can is nice looking, open and close works great. Bag dispenser in the back of the can is a poor design. It is difficult to get a new bag out each time.

Simplehuman is by far the best in trash cans! Design is sleek and minimalist, which is what I want in a trash receptacle for my kitchen or bath. The stainless steel is a nice weight which should resist denting and does not show fingerprints Trash can liners in cabinets get messy after a time from opening and closing the cabinet to get to them. These are made so that there is very little hand contact, taking up minimal space. Like that liner bags are handy on inside of can and the odor tab is a nice plus. They seem to have thought of everything. After ordering my first receptacle which I am using for recycling (looks so much better than those plastic bins), I placed 2 more orders. Delivery is quick and product well packed.

Best trash can ever!

I love this trash can. I had my first one for a couple of years. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because eventually it started to making creaking sounds when it would close the lid. No biggie, really, that’s just me being nit picky. It’s definitely not cheap, but it was worth it enough that I went out and bought a new one because my ex-husband refused to let me have it after the divorce, lol. Definitely recommend!

I ordered the 45L Step Can in error. I returned & indicated that I wanted a credit so that I could order the Dual can. I received an approval for my return however there were no instructions as to how to use my credit to order another can! I reached for support & was given a link. This was on Monday 5/8. It is now Wednesday May 10 and have heard nothing. I would love to reorder so I hope I hear something soon as now simplehuman has the merchandise and my money!!!

Love this step can. We have a modern kitchen with black appliances. We got the black finish. We use it for recycling. Love the step to open the can. I wasn't sure I would like it, so I did not purchase the "double" - now I wish I had.

Amazing style and use but arrived damaged

I love the look generally but it arrived with an obvious dent in it. I didn’t feel like wasting the time it would take to return it for a new one but am disappointed I spent this amount on a brand new trash can that looks like it got kicked.
