Appears to be of high quality. Stainless steel exterior.
Standard TALL KITCHEN liners fit properly, both plain liners and liners with built-in drawstring.
The only problem is that in normal use, the can slides on the floor (ceramic tile). The can needs soft rubber feet to prevent sliding. I have not looked to see whether there are good places to attach self-adhesive feet.
I bought the can to keep my inquisitive Labrador from fetching and devouring plastic bags, food wrapping, paper towels, and tissues. One trip to the vet pays for the can.

Than their sensor/open can option with recycle and trash! Had to throw in the towel on the sensor trash can so frustrating! Before that had the step recycle and trash can for YEARS!!! Sometimes manual is better

It took me a loooong time to finally decide to spend the money on this step can. First of all, it looks beautiful! Very slick and stylish it doesnt even look like a garbage can!

Snazzy trash can

I like it. It’s better than my old one, which was also made by Simple Human. It’s cute and according to one of my neighbors it’s “snazzy.”
I’m not sure how hard it will be to clean. Right now it’s new, so I don’t have to clean it yet.
The top holds the liner in place, which makes it look neat.
There’s adequate room to dump the garbage.
It has a small footprint and looks nice in my kitchen.
I bought it on sale during Black Friday.

Pricey but worth it

Spending a little extra for higher quality was worth it. The trash can is well made and the stepper is better than any trash can I have owned. Plus it is very smart looking.
