Rubbish cans

I was none to please when I ordered a garbage can and found upon delivery a dent in the can. I decided to take a chance and reorder a second can and to my dismay that can was also damaged.
Interestingly the cans are delivered in two boxes and neither box had any damage that would match what is on the can leading me to think that whoever is inspecting these cans are not doing their job. I am extremely disappointed.

Absolutely Love this trash can, great size (not too big,not too small) the white color is beautiful and super easy to keep it clean. arrived super fast. highly recommend it!

Costly for what it is

This can replaced another Simplehuman can which had the foot pedal break recently at the lever/hinge point. The ad for this new can mentioned a steel pedal which is why I purchased it, but it turns out, the lever/hinge point under the can is still plastic. Only the top of the pedal is steel and the connecting rods in the back. Fingers crossed the plastic doesn't break on this new one. All that said, the old one lasted many years and this one is guaranteed to last 150,000 openings so we'll see. One suggestion is to incorporate a means to better secure a standard kitchen trash bag so the top does not fall in. Kitchen bags with cinch straps barely hold on to the top... other styles may be prone to fall in.

STYLISH TRASH

I am loving the way the can hugs the wall and the fact I don’t have to touch a lid to open.
Features I also love are the garbage bag storage. It also allows you to empty your bag and place quickly by grabbing a bag from inside the bin.

I love that there isn’t a plastic insert, rather the bag goes right into the trash can. Makes a lot more room for trash so you don’t have to change the liners as often. It’s attractive and sleek as well. Step opens the can easily and quietly. Highly recommend!
