great capacity. modern look

i've had simplehuman wastebaskets for wel over a decade (maybe two). while expensive, they exude high quality and last. any warranty claims are straightforward (love their lengthy warranty periods!). as far as this can goes, i like its updated features: no removable bins to line and integrated liner holder. the one side effect of the integrate bin liner is that the back of the can's base is no longer flush with the wall it's up against, so over a few actuations of the step bar, the base is pushed towards the wall which causes the can to lean forward, so i'm constantly pulling the base back out to straight the can.

We had a simplehuman trash can with the recycling and our city is doing away with the recycling due to costs. We really liked that trash can so we purchased this one as a replacement to have a larger trash can. I love the black, it is easy to keep clean, doesn't have streaks like the stainless steel when I wipe it off. The lid closes and opens so easily and is quiet. It is worth paying a bit more to get a simplehuman product that will last and looks great in your kitchen.

Life is hectic and stressful. Who needs the added stress in dealing with handling and taking out trash?
I live alone and this is more than large enough for me.
Make sure to add the custom liners and air freshener pods to truly remove the headache that is trash.
