Great, could be better better. Bag dispenser creates problems

Fits normal (sams club) bags well and works awesone. Improvement recommendations:
1) ditch the bag dispenser. REPEAT ditch the bag dispenser. There is no customer benefit to this (even though the videos try to make it appear that there is) It creates a top heavy can which is a problem (see #4) and wastes precious floor space
2) add a removable pan to the bottom so that leaks can easily be cleaned up
3) partially recess the pedal into the base of the can. To save precious floor space
4) Add discrete rubber bumpers to the back of the can. The awkward design and balance (due to bag dispenser) means that the top of can was in contact with cabinet, creating abrasions on cabinet when opening and closing the trash can I added a couple sticky carpet squares to the back of the can to cushion the contact point.
And yes, i spend far too much time thinking about improvements to things like trash cans.

I bought this for my aunt as a Christmas gift. I knew she wanted a simplehuman garbage can was but had put off purchasing one. I am at her house often so I knew the size that she needed. She absolutely loved it! She's still sending me text about her new garbage can. LOL

Beautiful Step Can

This was a Christmas present to my sister. She loved it.
Our only problem was not with the step can, but with the shipping. I was sent the incorrect order (twice). Plus it took a month to get. I realize some of the problem was with the carrier, but luckily we got it the day before Christmas so all is good.

Most efficient way to remove and replace the bag!

I’ve wanted this trashcan since I saw my parents had it. I love the pedal (no needing my hands to touch or wave to open the lid) and I LOVE that I don’t have to take out any bin within the trash to remove the bag and then re-line the bin the re-insert the bin. No more touching gross surfaces!
