Amazing

I know it sounds silly to say a trash can is amazing but my Simplehuman truly is !! It looks modern and sleek in my kitchen. It is large and holds a lot of trash, we can go 2-3 days without having to empty it. We were changing bags everyday! The step works smoothly and quietly. Purchased extra trash bags for it and love them. No smells or tears. I’m a big fan of Sumplehuman.

replacement can

The step on our 55 L can broke. I did not know of the guarantee and asked if I could replace the step. The part is not available and I was surprised to find a new can on our doorstep as a replacement. I am pleased with the guarantee and the ease with which it happened.

What took me so long?

Perhaps I felt that an item of this nature was overpriced/cost prohibitive and that's why I waited to purchase. After an abysmal failure of a look-alike model, I decided to take the plunge and purchase a simplehuman. Yes, I have to ask myself what took me so long! It's a magnificently functional receptacle and with the tailored liners? I just cannot find a downside to this trash system. It's both esthetically pleasing as well as functional - what more could one ask for? Kudos, simplehuman - you've knocked this one out of the park.
