I had to reorder because the first one came in dented. Service was phenomenal and they immediately sent me a replacement and it came in dented. Haven’t had time to call back about the replacement. Just want a non dented trash can.

Smooth Operation

I have to get use to the fact that I must go around to the front of this model of your trash can. I miss not being able to say open can or wave my hand, so it will take me a while to make the change of habit. The working mechanism of this step can is well made, easy to use, and offers a very smooth operation.

I love the look and how the bags stay in place perfectly and don’t fall in. The things I don’t like are the can moves a little every time you step on the lever to open the lid and the lid sticks up a little above the edge of the can.

I finally was able to get myself one of these amazing trash cans. The quiet close lid and the liner pocket built in are so cool. Yup, adulting can be fun and I’m loving I got excited over a trash can. Thanks for making an exceptional product.
