Fantastic warranty and customer service! I owned a previous trash can of the same kind and didn’t clean it properly, causing the film to come off. I called customer service and they replaced it under the warranty. Great interaction. Thank you very much!

Love the upgrades!

I've had 2 other automatic trash cans from you but the upgrades on this one is fantastic. Super quiet lid and I appreciate that it doesn't pop open every time I walk by. Wonderful product.

Quiet operation, small footprint, attractive design, good bag fitting. Superior to the previous model. (The back protrudes out a little too far: only a minor aesthetic issue for me.)

Semi-round sensor can

Bought this trash can about 4 years ago and it suddenly stopped working. Luckily Simplehuman has a great warranty program, I was able to get a replacement for Free. It took well over 1 month (due to the pandemic) but it was worth the wait!

Recently, I injured my right foot, I have to wear a boot which already makes my life complicated, with this great technology I don't have to press the pedal for the lid to open !!

I wanted to get a new silver trash bin. Didn't want to spend the money on it till covid-19. When I saw touchless trash bid. I decided to take the leap. I am so happy with this. Makes throwing out items safely. Bags look small but they hold a lot! Very easy clean up and bag change. Thank you for a simply quality made product!
