45L Semi-round sensor can

We love the look of our new Simple Human trash can; however, there is no on/off switch like their hand soap dispensers. So, when you clean it or change the liner, the lid continually is activated by the sensor.

Perfect size and they included trial liners and odorsorb pod! Came with the batteries and was ready right out of the box.

Sensor could be faster reacting

It’s taking some seconds to react to waving or standing near by to open the top cover.

We love our garbage can!

This touch less garbage can has been so helpful in the kitchen!
The sensor isn’t too sensitive but it’s perfect for when you have a handful of dripping eggshells that you need to throw away. It’s so nice to wave your hand over to open and completely eliminates having to touch the can and getting it gross in order to throw things away.
The size is great and it’s super easy to wipe down and keep clean. I really like that you don’t need to buy their special garbage bag liners, but can use the normal 13 gallon ones from the store.
If you need a garbage can that looks stylish and sleek, that opens automatically, this is a great option. We have 2 of these and my parents ended up getting one too because they liked ours so much.

Great trash can!

It looks great with the rest of my brushed stainless appliances, and it functions great, as well. The lid is much quieter than the former generation, too. I had my prior SH can for 15+ years, so this product lasts a long time. Very pleased!
