I like it a lot! Game changer!

Definitely an upgrade to my old can, and I like this one a lot, touches function to open and I got the black finish instead of the usual stainless steel, matching some other newer appliances, etc. . The overall rating is great on my part! But you should be careful of knocking it or tumbling when it is empty as it seems a little top heavy, especially when the lids are up for exchanging bags.

Great Can

We've had the older version of this can for a number of years and it finally died. Unfortunately, Simpehuman no longer carries the replacement lids. Ordered a new one and really like the upgrades that they have done. Storage area on the back of the can for a pack of trash bags as well as an included deodorizer that attaches to the underside of the can's lid.
Better sensor reader and definitely quieter than the old can.

Love this model

This is a replacement for one I purchased 8 years ago. I love this model of Sensor Can. I have noticed the new one is a little slower to respond. The sensor may just be directed in different direction, and take a little getting use to.

This sensor can has exceeded my expectations. Not only is it extremely responsive, the battery life is incredible. 45L is the perfect size for my kitchen and removing and replacing the bag are easy. Would highly recommend

My first was bought 4 years ago and we quickly developed a wonderful friendship! Always knows when I’m there (sensor) and ready and willing to help when my hands are full.
After 4 years of continuous use, there was a problem and the lid wouldn’t raise. I contacted Simple Human for help and they were helpful, expedient, supportive and within days after a few emails to clarify what might be the issue…I was shipped a brand new one as there was a 5 year warranty upon purchase that I didn’t know about!
I will forever use this brand for its products and services and excellent customer care and support.
Quality that lasts. And we’re better than ever …again!
