I really like my sensor can. It’s nice that the lid goes up on its own when your hands are full. I don’t ever see myself going back to a regular plastic trash can in my kitchen. I have purchased at least three of these trash cans in my life time and I am a customer for life. When a product makes life so much easier it’s kind of a no-brainer not to stick with it. Great customer service and Great people to deal with. Buy Simple Human today and Love it for the rest of your life! I do!

Perfect for Me

This kitchen garbage can is terrific! Both the container and the bag are slightly smaller than my old can. I live alone and I barely fill a bag each week so this smaller size works perfectly for me. And I love the holder in the back that keeps clean bags ready to pull out for easy use. This is a keeper!

Working well so far

Only had our can for a few weeks, but so far it’s working well. Being able to open the lid with just a gesture is a welcome convenience when your hands are full, wet, or dirty, and it’s amazingly quiet! Will be interesting to see how long the batteries last

Fits flush to end of countertop areas

I really like this sleek trash can that goes nicely at the end of the countertop and also fits generic trash bags (the larger rectangle size of simple human does not fit generic store brand trash bags).
