Sensor doesn’t always work. We’ve changed the batteries twice and the lid won’t open sometimes

I love this trash can so much

This is the 3rd one I have bought. I love the trash can so much that I have bought one for a very dear friend. I love the Pickett that dispenses the trash bags too. There are cheap knock offs but I know Simplehuman is such a great product
