Very BAD

wanted to use the genuine accessories for my new fold 4 but this mount is really bad. dropped my phone for the 1st time since it opened even without touching the button. also it is not charging the phone.
returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Didn't love it

i really wanted to love it, but due to design flaw it doesn't hold my phone well. i tried using it for about 1 week, but could not keep having my phone fall out while in portrait mode. i own a galaxy fold 4 and the mount doesn't hold the phone secure enough in the portrait position. i thought it was because of the size of the fold 4, so i tried with my wife's flip 4 and the phone just slid out too easily. i thought i was going to have will to accept it due limited alternatives for my fold, but i was surprised that another manufacturer held my fold 4 much better. i felt this one offered better feaures, but in the end it is useless to me if it can't secure my phone on portrait mode. in landscape mode it did better, but i can i can't risk my phone falling out. i sadly had to return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the most solid car charger i've ever owned. i wish it charged faster and i had to tinker with it to fit my vent but it fits a flagship or foldable perfectly. 👍

when it was working it was great

the locking ring broke after 1. month of use.
so now the phone just angles down with gravity, not really usable at this point.
i need another locking ring or another unit completely (replacement).
otherwise, it's a great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke in less than a year

One of the stabilizer arms broke off and now I am to able to mount the device. It still charges but it's pretty much useless. I have only had it for less than 6 months.

Have had mine for 9 months no issues.
Works perfect and as describe for larger fold phones. Mounts still intacked and my vent isn't broken. All depends on how it's mounted I guess. I also drive a lowered car which bounces more than a normal car. Not harsh but definitely a different ride and could make the shaking a bit brutal on the plastic of mount vents. But again mine is fine and hasn't loosened up or anything.
I would recommend this to a friend!
