refresh lag and freezing

Had to upgrade due to a lot of apps requiring a newer operating system. Had a Galaxy S9 so I compared phone to that as it was meeting my needs. The A36 5G seem to meet my wants. After getting it I find a lot of stuttering and refresh lag over all apps. Some apps just freeze which never happened on the S9.
It is frustrating as my S9 had a lot less Ram and Memory but still ran smooth even though I almost maxed out the memory.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Quick Optimization feature improves your device's performance by identifying apps that use excessive battery power. It also clears unneeded items from memory, deletes unnecessary files, scans for malware, and closes apps running in the background. Optimizing your phone is quick and simple. The pixels for taking pictures with the camera are up to my standards . Overall a GREAT phone would recommend to all of my family and friends.
