I love my phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My device is just like having a computer. I play games on it, lots of games! I use my calculator a bunch too. I've even downloaded an app to use on the washers and dryers we have in our apartment building. Whenever I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to, I just ask my Galaxy AI. It has the answer to everything. I have just started using the AI because at 67, I am sort of set in my ways and don't like change. But, I'm learning. I truly can't seem to put my phone down. I think I'm as bad as my grandchildren.

Love my galaxy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually only would use my galaxy for social media, photos and call texting. Recently I have needed it for work using apps like outlook, zoom, and paycom. Everything was so easy to locate and use. The other day someone asked me about the Galaxy AI on my phone and I was unsure what that was so I have been diving into all the pre-installed Galaxy apps and I'm quite impressed. Still learning of course but the programing makes it simple.

This has turned out to be a real good working phone. The camera takes great pictures. The size of the phone is manageable and the price is best of all for what you get. I was using the A50 series but my experiece with the A53 was truly depressing in that after the last update it stopped taking evening pictures with color distortion. Was promised by Samsung that there was a correction on the way but it never happened. Try this phone you will be pleased with what it can do for the price!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you notice that your device takes a long time to connect when making a call, or if you have to try several times, it might be a good idea to reset your SIM card. Here’s how to do that:
1. Open **Settings**.
2. Tap on **Connections**.
3. Select **SIM Manager**.
4. Tap the switch next to **SIM 1**, and then tap **Turn Off**.
5. Tap the switch again, and tap **Turn On**.
Additionally, you can reset the network settings to realign your device with your service provider’s network. Here are the steps:
1. Open **Settings**.
2. Select **General Management**.
3. Tap on **Reset**.
