This phone made me so happy when I received it in the mail. The moment I opens the package it filled me with creativity and joy. This phone is great all around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The switch between this phone and my old one was easy thanks to Samsung smart switch; And this phone is better in everyway. The picture quality is amazing, and the format of the phone is easy to use and get ise to it. Plus it's fun messing with galaxy AI which I didn't have with my old phone. I have found no problems with it and would recommend getting it, especially at its affordable price compared to what you get out of it.

Phone always tells me I have lost network

This could be due to your SIM card, damage to your phone, or concerns with your account or carrier. If you've recently switched carriers, double-check that your SIM card is inserted correctly and isn’t damaged. If everything looks good with your carrier, try resetting your network settings by going to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings, and enter your security info if asked. Additionally, Wi-Fi calling can sometimes activate unexpectedly, making it hard to make calls, so be aware of this.
