Mostly good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly good. Bit upsetting that have to restart frequently due to glitches. Haven't had this issue before on other phones. Is it due to this new Galaxy Al thing or the interaction with my internet provider or just the phone itself? Unknown at this point.

Not my favorite Galaxy series but still functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy A36 is marginal when it comes to functionality, design is good & probably my favorite part of this series. Overall a practical option for the price, just not the best when it comes to operational functions. Offers features like Galaxy AI which is cool only I feel like it needs more attention when it comes to the programming & range of intelligence while exploring different AI options, appears very basic not venturing much further than previous Google answers would give. Experienced more errors, freezing, and UI system malfunctions than usual in comparison to with other Samsung series ex; A13-A16 series had left much more of an impressive impact overall vs A36. Noticed hardware & programming almost seemed weakened or cheaply produced but even with all these things, for basic phone needs, it is practical.

If you are experiencing more errors, freezing, or UI malfunctions, it may be time to optimize your device. To monitor your device's performance, you can use the Device Care feature, which provides an overview of your battery, storage, and RAM. You can also automatically optimize your phone or tablet for better performance.
The Quick Optimization feature enhances your device's performance by identifying apps that consume excessive battery power. It clears unnecessary items from memory, removes unused files, scans for malware, and closes background apps. Optimizing your phone is quick and easy. From the Settings menu, swipe to and tap on Device Care, then select Optimize Now, and finally tap Done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am giving this device 5 stars. The exterior is sleek and lightweight but also sturdy and durable . If you add a case this phone will last as long is you need . I like the ease of setting up your phone and personalizing . I also like the many extra features like voice and hand command. I like the look of the device and the stylish design. I have had no complaints about this phone . The added moisture protection incase your near water is also a great feature. This phone definitely deserves 5 stars. The picture and video quality is great.
