Battery not as advertised

I have the screen dimmed way down and I am keeping most of my apps in deep sleep. The battery history indicates my apps are using very little power. I've done everything I can to degrade the experience and use less power and this battery is not acceptable. My 2+ year old A23 5G works better. The battery is everything regardless of any other good features. I am very disappointed in my purchase of this A36 5G phone. I expected more from Samsung.

keyboard response time sucks. I am a slow texter and I can easily get many letters ahead. Also the swipe to type is awful. It gets about 90% of the words wrong and spell check never even gets close. Finger print reader is kind of sketchy as well. I have re loaded my prints several times and still does the same thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Optimizing your device using Device Care in your phone’s Settings may be beneficial. To do this, close all running apps on your phone or tablet. This product is only good for games to play

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "Galaxy AI' Features are pretty cool the colors a real vibrant and awesomely cool on the other hand I have Galaxy A 36 and I am not happy with the device at all I use my device for work and have had more things go wrong with it than actually work for me lost a lot of business because of it. But if u want to play games is sure works for that and not much else..... Wish I could get a device that actually does what the specs say it will do AI' is very smart on this device. Thanks for not much else
