[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Way better then the a17 or a15 or the .Motorola power or Motorola g play that i had in the past year, all those old devices I could not have played a slot without lag taking over each session. This A36 did the trick!

"Gemini" vs "Hey Google"
on April 8, 2026
Posted by: Lafingass
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device is great however simply asking hey Google and providing a website that I want to be directed to , Gemini takes over and begins to tell you all tge things they can do for you but they sometimes more than often cannot lead me where I'd like to go .. maybe its an operator error but very frustrating also the amount of times im prompted for identity proof is outlandish I thought the phones were smart to retain the info... but not so much

Response from Samsung USBy R&RApril 10, 2026
Hello Ghostkilldu,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with your Galaxy A36 5G. Getting started with a new device should feel smooth and intuitive from the very first use. The Galaxy A36 is designed to deliver a responsive experience with features that enhance everyday interactions and personalization.
If your Galaxy device's touchscreen is frozen or not responding, it doesn't necessarily mean there is something wrong with the device. The issue could be as simple as a faulty app or cracks in the screen affecting its performance.
Here are a few steps to troubleshoot:
1. **Remove any cases or screen protectors:** Start by taking off any non-Samsung certified screen protectors and cases that might be touching the screen.
2. **Check the screen's condition:** Ensure the touchscreen is dry and clean. If you are wearing gloves, consider removing them, as the screen may not recognize touches with gloves or extremely dry, chapped fingers.
3. **Optimize device performance:** Use the Device care feature to improve your device's overall performance. To do this, navigate to Settings, tap on Device care, and then select "Optimize now." On some devices, you may need to tap on "Battery and device care" first. This process will close all running apps and clear out unused memory.
For additional assistance, please check the online article linked below. If you need further help, don't hesitate to reach out to our Samsung Support Team.
Thank you for being a Samsung customer!

It's fits well in my hand and my life.
on April 9, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung Galaxy holds my world. Phone calls with my grown up babies, video calls with my grandbabies. Constant contact with my road warrior hubby during his daily commutes and regular welfare checks on my senior Mother. Checking the Internet to see when is the best time to plant tulips. Paying bills, banking, recipes, shopping, travel map, my medical, lots and lots of photos, work and my calendar to keep it all straight. And sometimes I sit still long enough to have a little Netflix and chill time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new phone. It's so much better than my old phone. It is really faster. I don't have to fight to get it to load my sites. I would definitely recommend it to all my family and friends. I also love all the new areas I have learned on my phone.

on April 13, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The side buttons seem to stiff at times the side buttons you have to press hard for them to work this can cause issues especially the power button that's why I had to replace last one and can see the issue is the same here after a while the side buttons power buttons won't work making it hard to turn on or off

the ditto of A models
on April 13, 2026
Posted by: lestat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to say that the 836 and the a 35 are so similar in looks as well as features that it's really hard to tell a difference. I know people say that about a lot of the Samsung phones but sing in more upgraded by the fact that the name says, well. It's the 36 model. But I guess also keeping it to the similar line as a does make sense.

Good day lestat,
Thank you for your valuable insights on the Galaxy A36 5G! You made a great observation! The A series maintains a consistent design language, ensuring the devices feel familiar across generations. At the same time, subtle upgrades continually enhance the user experience. Many users appreciate this balance once they spend more time with the device.
