This phone is great, except for one thing...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone was what I got to replace my Galaxy 9s due to the 5g upgrade. Overall, I've had no problems with it. I really like the bigger screen and the larger memory card storage, from 250 gigabytes to 1 terabyte capacity BUT while that's great, the fact that the card is nearly impossible to access not to mention use at all. This I don't understand. Some years ago, I had a phone which gave you a menu option to save to the memory card as well as utillities to view it, delete items, move files and maintain the space for optimum speed and use. So I know it can be done yet with all the things that the Samsung Galaxy does offer, this is something that it does and always has seemed to have been overlooked making all that extra memory, basically unusable unfortunately although, it does recognize the card and available memory. If you can't use it, why offer it at all ?

It has a glitch every time I open my transit app

I love the large 6.7 inch display brightness screen, the performance, triple rear camera is AWESOME w/a selfie camera. It's Amazing!!!! I also love the fast charging. So far, so good...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Samsung phones since I got the first Galaxy for Christmas in 2010. At that time, that was by far the most amazing piece of technical equipment that had ever been in my hands up to that point. Then as they kept getting new phones releasing every year, I kept thinking about what they could possibly do to make this better, and yearly a brand new, upgraded edition is released, and my mind is blown again. This past year, I decided on the A36, and again I am an extremely satisfied Samsung customer who has no worries about getting stuck with a garbage phone for the next year. I love Bixby, the AI feature. It's just so fun to say "Hey Bixby", I feel like I'm requesting the attention of a butler. Thank you again Samsung, you knocked it out of the park again, and I can safely say that you will do it again next year.
