I have two games I play and I am a grandma so nothing complicated. The phone overheated and the touchscreen would not work. And no, I had not even bought a case for it. Extremely disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I needed a new phone, I knew I would be getting another one, after I'd purchased my first Samsung Galaxy A series. I like the ease of use for everything, and that it has it's own cloud, so I don't have to rely just on my Google cloud. I enjoy the passcode feature for logging in, with all the different accounts I have, remembering all those passwords is impossible. And again, I don't have to rely just on my Google Account. I have become a Samsung user for the rest of my life.
