I have one but for some reason it will not charge sit says its charging but never powers on do I need a specific cord to charge does it matter help me I'm paying for service for a phone I cannot even use. It was a great phone but now it just sits here

Very fragile

This phone dropped on floor with mat just about a feet and screen was broken, never seen such a week screen since 2003 phones. So much bloat that you will get notification every half an hr and that will be of no use to you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super Upset. Haven't been able to get the phone to fully work right correctly. I might have been able to blame the carrier. But instead the phone has been endlessly resetting for the last 2 hours and now I am going to lose everything that I have saved on the phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Still on the fence

I bought this Moto 2025 about a month ago. My old 2023 worked fine except the changing port was bad and had a hard time getting it to Charge. I like this 2025 it is a good phone. But has some bugs I'm working out. Can't seem to get everything to store on the SD card. And This phone keeps saying I'm low on Memory. Which I don't understand. There is nothing on it but what came on it. I'm a Motorola fan, so in going to give it a chance to prove itself. So far like my 2023 better. But I always support and give props to Motorola.
I would recommend this to a friend!
