Frustrating to set up but OK now.

Not sure if the issue was my internet connection or not, but I had a struggle connecting to wi-fi and maintaining the connection the first few days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Phone wasn't able to connect to network at home so texts and calls were not coming in or out, had to reboot Everytime to update, tedious and costly . Voicemail app that comes with phone is also a tedious effort, have to choose dial up to access messages which are read back slowly announcing callers phone #, then messages, to hear 10 messages took 20 minutes at times.

I have had this phone for almost a month and it punches above it's weight and price perfect phone for a person who needs a phone without the usual bloat and with the necessary help instructions built in

Beats the red fruit phones hands down!

I'm on my 9th Motorola phone don't know if I'm going to buy it 2025 I have two 2024 Motorola stylus Plus, but my Motorola 2023 stylus battery last the longest out of all of them. Camera is flawless, each phone has pluses and minuses. I will stick with Motorola's phone. Most of my friends have ( red fruit phones ) 🍎. I just can't justify buying what they have when I can get a phone just as good or better for like 1/7 of the price.

Fantastic device for the price

I bought this phone a month ago and fell in love with it from the very first time I started using it. First of all it's easy to use apps are easily accessed and the only time that I really had an issue and I corrected it myself was when I could not get calls answered. The features are great and I would recommend this phone to any senior or to anybody that is looking for an inexpensive easy to use phone.

not the moto we expect

i've been a moto user for 15 years. while i am pleased with the new rigs battery life and slightly improved volume for the onboard speaker the new G 5G is unimpressive in other areas too numerous to mention. simple things like turning on bluetooth now require more than a simple tap. powering on off takes effort. the camera may be great but i cannot get great pics. this is likely my last moto
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
