We had another robot vacuum prior to this that could never complete our entire house. We have a ranch about 3000 sq ft and this vacuum does magnificently. Can do entire house in one charge vacuum only and majority with mop (runs out of water little over 3/4 way). Schedule in app is much more customizable I.e certain rooms, vac only vs vac and mop. 1000% would buy again

I have wanted a robotic vacuum for years and the doctor even suggested it for a bad back but I wanted to do more than give my floor a massage. It wasn’t until my daughter and her husband purchased one that I could see that what I wanted had really arrived.
We named our vacuum Rosey after the Jetsons robot and she is a major part of my life now.
Intuitive and user-friendly, this is the most helpful device since the dishwasher. I still occasionally have to use a regular vacuum on the carpeted areas because I have a long-haired cat and a long-haired dog. Rosey picks up most of it but still leaves hair behind that you can’t see. She is flawless however on hard surfaces. Thank you so much!

I'm enjoying the ease of using the Roborock. It seems to do a great job vacuuming and moping as well as cleaning the mop. It mapped my main floor and upstairs and I'm using the self emptying doc on the main level and the other docking station that came with the vacuum upstairs. It can find either one, as long as it starts from the doc. This way it recharges while I'm at work for the next day. I keep getting alerts to empty the bag in the self-empty dock, but the bag is not close to being full and that is my only issue with the system. Still giving 5 stars because I can check the bag once in a while to see if it is really full or not.

Amazing vacuum and mop with great app and features

Amazing item that really does exactly what what it claims. It doesn't bump into things.. the app is amazing for scheduling and mapping rooms etc. The clean is brilliant.. once it has done a room, there's no missed areas etc. It even fits under all our furniture (except the sofa as that is flush to the ground).
Nothing is too good to be true though, buying one of these is an ongoing financial commitment for all the things they have on them! As a dyson owner (also a premium price product), I loved that you buy it and that's it.. This needs dust bags, filters, brushes and mop pads. It is also rather loud..
Overall.. I do strongly recommend this if you're trying to work out what to buy but the price is a concern, I can say that this one will not disappoint, it's awesome.

This vacuum has been a lifesaver for this work-at-home homeschooling mom. Now that I have it I could never go back and wish I had bought this sooner. Now there is more time for more important things like relationships and memories.
