I love this vacuum. Always clean, never any issues with the mopping feature. To be honest, I have stairs and it scared me the first time when it was napping the room ad I thought it was going to go down my stairs. Now, I know everything is clean and it lets me know when things, ie maintenance needs to be done. Love the different intensity settings. I have my everyday cleaning and my once and a while deep cleaning settings that really do a good job with it. I have pretty thick carpets in my house and it never has a problem with them.

amazing navagation and features mop and clean and dock

I have had this for just over a year. the navigation and dock are awesome can praise this enough. I can change the room and it never has an issue. the legs on my coffee table come down on an angle and other vacuums hit this hard every time and never really figure it out and often get stuck. But still wish it had a line of brushes for carpets stiffer longer shorter .. so you can change to best suit you carpet or cleaning surface. I have a area carpet with black in it and it is very dense and it is not picking up stuff. to pick it up i can run a manual mode and run it 3 times or pull out the manual vacue and run it.

This is by far the bomb.com!! I love this investment to save me time and energy!! Would take me 6-8 hours to do floors in the house and cleaning and now it is done in 2 hrs (Floors-mopping and vacuuming) with this amazing machine!! It vacuums better than my Kirby which I had paid more than this roborock! 3 strengths of mopping and it empties and refills and cleans the mop head tor you!! I set it to areas to clean and it does all the floor work while I go to do other errands! What a time saver!! Very satisfied with this stretch of an investment!!
