I got my S7 Max Ultra today and so far it’s been pretty amazing. Setup was less than 5 minutes. A couple things I’ve noticed so far:
- it’s pretty loud. Like you couldn’t sleep in the bedroom while this thing is going in the next room.
- I really wish it came with the floor cleaner. The fact I had to order that separately was pretty annoying.

Apart from those things, it works like a charm. It does very well navigating around furniture. It can get over high pile rugs just fine. And the mopping is amazing. I could easily see giving this as a gift to family or anyone who doesn’t want to deal with vacuuming and mopping.

Excellent! I upgraded from the S7 Max V with its dock but the automatic features of this 'Ultra' are worth the cost. It is so convenient. Does a great job on our hardwood floors.

I would have given the Roborock S7 Max Ultra a 5, but I am not fond of the app. I find it difficult to use, navigate and just not very user friendly. Sorry, the vacuum and dock are awesome and do a great job, but the app is difficult to use.

Our living space is small and as such every square foot of storage is important to me. I started with a cordless vacuum/mop from Bissell which worked well but took up too much space to store. I found a dead spot that would be perfect for a robot vacuum/mop system. After some research, I decided to purchase the S7 MaxV Ultra. It fit perfectly in my spot, and it does an excellent job with my flooring. As the majority of my floors are vinyl planks and tile, so the system really isn’t too challenged with pickup. Very happy customer.

The vacuum function is pretty not. I have another robot vacuum that does a better job, but that one is not a combo (vacuum +mop). I am dissappointed in the mopping function; it doesn't do that good of a job and requires much manual clean up afterwards to get all the spots it was missed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
