I'm surprised by just how good this was. The suction picked up dirt that I didn't even know existed. My regular vacuum never made the room feel this clean. There were a couple nervous moments where I thought it might throw itself down the stairs, but it detected the ledge and turned away. If I were to offer any complaints, it would be that it doesn't get under the front of my cabinets very well, but fitting in tight spaces was always going to be an issue with any robovac, and I can get that space with a single pass of a paper towel.

I love this little helper

This is our first robot vacuum so we're were hesitant at first. We read many reviews of it being loud and not doing a proper job of cleaning. I also saw complaints about it connecting to the internet. But I saw many positive reviews that pushed me over the edge. I am certainly glad I made the jump.
The vacuum is awesome and it’s quite simply to set it up, everything goes smoothly. A little noisy but who cares because it’s done cleaning my two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in about 1.5 hours. I just put on headphones or leave. The suction is amazing on my hardwood floors. It also does a good job on my (low pile) rugs, especial the lifting mopping system. Sometimes it gets caught on my floor mats so I remove them before starting the vacuum or just set no-go one on the app. I would buy this product again.

Good but not perfect

The robot itself is good but not perfect. It can recognize most of the dangerous obstacles but cannot recognize very tiny toy. Hope roborock can solve the issue and improve the AI recognition.

Best robot vacuum cleaner with very good wiping function

The function of raising the mopping pad and that it really scrubs and not just drags the pad behind it is awesome.
The obstacle detection is also almost perfect... it skirts almost all obstacles in a targeted manner and without touching anything. Only small objects that cannot be recognized by the camera due to the angle or can only be recognized from afar, it occasionally hits, but that is in the very small one percent range. In general, I am very enthusiastic about the obstacle detection.
The app is also incredibly practical with all its functions.
In my opinion, the app also leaves nothing to be desired. Complete cleaning, selective room cleaning, zone cleaning, restricted areas...everything can be planned down to the smallest detail. Should it only vacuum or just wipe, should carpets be avoided or should the plate be lifted with the wiping cloth? Everything can of course be adjusted in the app and without having to study the menus for a long time. Even the number of cleaning cycles during a cleaning trip can be specified. Intensity for vacuuming and wiping can also be planned individually for each room.

So much better than cleaning by hand.

Simple to use and does a good job both vacuuming and cleaning. He does his best to cover the area he can reach and is good at throwing rugs and throwing rug boundaries. It has floor cleaning features I haven't even tried, but the vacuum alone is worth it. I also like to participate in live videos and watch them on a loop. I can see things that are actually hidden where I can't.

The Perfect Machine!

This is the PERFECT vacuum/mopping combo! Really, its PERFECT! First, I love having it fill the mop, clean the mop, and empty the dirt bin. Second, I love that every time I tell it to clean, its just WORKS! iRobot may be #1 in marketshare, but I have four of them (including a mopper) and I cannot count on them working every time. Mostly, but not always. And if a machine can't do what you need every time you need it, why have it?
So third, the cleaning pattern is perfect! I like that the map shows me its progress, and the path its taken. That really helps me be sure that what I wanted done got done. Its even fun to watch what its seeing through its little camera. Plus the picture is crystal clear and smooth. I used the voice calling once to play with my dog, that was fun, he didn't quite get it, but that was the point. :)
I could go on and on, so let's be fair, are there any cons to this machine? Well, you could say the price, but what do you expect it to cost when it does so much so well? There are others out there that cost less, but this is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for" (and then some!). So I can't "con" the price. The size of the dock maybe? No...because that's what's holding the reservoirs of clean and dirty water as well as the dust bin. Maybe the size of the vacuum itself? Nope...its size makes it easier for it to cover everything in fewer trips. Okay, so maybe the noise it makes? Ah, okay...the vacuum itself makes the same level or less than other vacuums, so that's no problem. The dock when its cleaning the mop or emptying the dust bin? Yeah, that's loud, but every device that empties a bin is loud. And its emptying the bin and cleaning the mop FOR you so you don't have to! I think a few seconds of noise is way, way worth the time and effort of doing it yourself.
So no...no "cons" on this machine. In my opinion, its PERFECT!

A good friend

It took a couple of weeks to find the right settings for my use case (mop cleaning frequency changed water usage the most), and I'm now in a happy medium with little effort to clean floors every day. Adding cleaner to the tank is highly recommended, especially for those who notice any odors. This month I have used 2 bags full of dog hair. Dog fur is no match for robots at all. It's wrapped around the roller brush and goes into the side of the roller itself and ends up tying it up. A few quick passes with the knife can release the brush, but wrapping the hair in there under the roller can be a pain.

We've owned our Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra now for several weeks and have grown to love it. Neither my wife or I enjoyed sweeping or mopping so we would put it off sometimes longer than we should of. Now with the S7 we find we are vacuming and mopping dailey and loving it. The house and floors are always clean. It's a joy to wake up to clean floors daily and know you don't have to put in much effort to make that happen. Simply keep up the maintenance on the S7 and Dock station and watch it keep your house in tip top shape. Only regret is we didn't make this purchase earlier.
I would recommend this to a friend!
