Excellent vaccum! Better than expected!

Taking a lot of time looking at different units, this one seemed perfect and it is! There're two floors in my house, the quick map helps a lot and make the map set up easy! It cleaned the carpets and floor very well and did an incredible job picking up cat's hair! Very happy with the coverage and cleaning! What’s more, there’s a camera that I can check my house when I’m in office. And I can also talk to my child via the video call. It’s amazing! This vacuum saves a lot work and hits most of my needs! Highly recommend!

I used it for a month. It works great on vacuuming the carpet and mopping the hardwood floor. The virtual map is a bonus.

It took me a while to compare different models and read reviews. I was hesitant because of the price but soooo glad I have this robot housekeeper now. Easy to set up. Very quick mapping and interesting 3D mapping. The navigation is well designed. The machine covered all the corners, it also has the best ability to adapt to different terrains and navigate around different obstacles at home and won’t be stuck somewhere. The robot laser system can detect obstacles 95% of the time. Easy to set up do not go zone or put up a virtual wall. I found that this model is compatible with two separate docks, auto empty dock and ultra dock, will purchase a dock after I figure out the differences.

A good vacuum.

I have used this robot for almost two months until now. It’s very easy to unbox or setup to connect my home wifi via Roborock app. It has more powerful suction power so that it can vacuum the floor perfectly. Also, there are several mats and carpets at my home. It can detect those carpets and then avoid to mop them if i select the Rise mode on the app, which is very convenient to vacuum the carpet only instead of mopping it.
Besides, there are a variety of mopping options too. I can swap between three levels of scrubbing intensity: 'Mild', 'Moderate', and 'Intense'.
I’m going to look for the self-empty and self-wash dock for this robot. Hope it will work better.

My second Roborock. This one has larger water tank and you can set the amount of water to 3 levels. Goes around the room area and then back and forth. I’m still learning how it works but I like it just like I liked my S4 which I gave to my daughter
