I should have gotten the 245

I use my watch to control my music while I run and the 45 music control gets interrupted and I have to try to find the right combination of button pushing to get back to the menu and I usually wind up getting my phone out of my belt and restarting my music causing me to question why I need a watch.

Great features and fit

Bought this about two weeks ago so still getting familiar. First thing I do love is the fit. I have a smaller wrist and I love how it looks and fits. Second, I enjoy how easy it is to quickly record a run or exercise with just a button. I also have been impressed how much battery I have after 4-5 days and how quickly it charges even for being on the charger for a few minutes. Still getting used to the features but so far I do enjoy it and like the customization that you can do with it along with the price point I paid for a nice looking watch.

The Garmin 45 is a wonderful addition to my runs. At one quick glance I get distance, pace and time elapsed and, in particular, to see my pace vary over during a run is very enlightening. It is not the most intuitive to use, however, and I wish there was a quick set-up guide just for the basics of running.
