So far, so good

I received this as a Christmas gift from my wife. I like that I can receive notifications from my phone. Only downside to this watch is the weather widget, as it works when it wants to.

Very happy with this. It’s basic, but I can’t imagine wanting anymore than this has. I love the HR monitor, so much better than a chest strap.

Great Watch for Average Runners

Everything you need to track general activity as well as running, cycling, etc.. Watch display may seem small but all of the data is easy to read and can be customized to your preferences. Once you get used to the buttons the watch is easy to navigate. If battery life was better I would give it 5 stars.

Solid improvement over old Fitbit

I received mine for Christmas. I've been very happy with the display and sensors, and especially with the battery life. It's nice that I can always see the time on the display (unless I'm sitting in the dark...) without having to do some weird wrist-flick to get the display on.
My one gripe is with the vibrating alarm. I'm used to the old Fitbit, which did a good job of waking me up. In comparison, the Forerunner's vibration is anemic.
