Fun little watch. Feels good, looks alright, does everything as expected maybe a little more. The real hero here is the Garmin connect app. That comes with. Great info, good tracking (sleep,steps,heart rate, GPS). people have complained about it having to link up with satellite for gps, but its maybe a whole minute you dont even notice. Its light weight, and water proof, and if your looking for your first smart watch and aren't a PRO ATHLETE this is thing is great. Smaller and more comfortable than android and apple watches, and not nearly as busy. And battery lasts longer than those big smart watches which are tedious,this garmin is perfect and I dont even notice I'm wearing it even when sleeping.

I have been using this for a month and I love it. All my kids are runners and they have Garmins and bought me one as a gift. I signed up for the half marathon workout plan and have been consistently following the workouts. The watch synchs up to my Samsung galaxy and records all of my workouts. I use the phone during my runs to check on my progress and keep my workout pace. On top of all that I get details on the quality of my rest, my heart rate, and even my stress level. The watch even alerts me to phone calls, text messages, and emails. I am very pleased with my Forerunner 45.

I’ve had this for about a year, and I think it’s a great watch but the wrist part stretches out so you have to get tighter and tighter so it stays on. It will eventually start ripping too, but overall the watch is great
