I bought this used and the watch works perfect! I keep it on at night to even monitor my sleep! The battery like is great too!

It keeps shutting down even the battery is full and it won’t turn on unless you put on the charger.

Game Changer in personal health

I bought my Garmin Forerunner 45 with high hopes. The hopes are reality! With my 45 and the Garmin Connect app and the HRM chest monitor I get the data I want and need as I get older and want to monitor more then how much I weigh. At 45, it’s more important to me to understand how my body recovers, my sleep patterns, hydration, and of course my heart health. Love this total system and encourage anyone to not just buy a Garmin but to utilize the aforementioned combination to max out your health!
