I considered various smart and sport watches before deciding on the Garmin Forerunner 45. Ultimately, I chose this watch because of the following: 1) it looks great, 2) it has physical buttons, 3) it is a great price. Additionally, the features such as stress and energy tracking have been very pleasant extras.

Needed reminder to monitor & work to improve my h

I recently purchased at REI and had the store's sales person help me set up before I left. I, now a few days later, am still learning about All of the Many abilities this watch has to monitor and log parameters to Help keep me focused on improving my health! Originally considered a Fitbit Versa BUT after reading several reviews went with a Garmin because if it's increased accuracy. Price - while on the High side, is still worth it.

Garmin 450-great watch, a little bit of bugs

Good watch in general. A few bugs with watch faces. I cannot go to the settings in the connect watch face option. Sometimes when I select what face I want on my watch, it just shuts off.

Love the look and what it has to offer

I am having trouble familiarizing myself with all it offers. The videos I find go fast and the booklet didn’t help me much. I’m a hands on learner so I’m leaving space that it just might be me not everything else
