Completed my first 13.1 with it and it lines up perfectly with the mile markers! So easy to use and helped keep my pace.

I bought this watch as a way to log runs into Strava. My main criteria were ease of use while running (pausing and resuming) and, foremost, quick and accurate GPS measurements. I had been looking at the F Plus, it appears to be a discontinued model (or on the way out). The 235 was a bit more than I wanted to spend and is relatively old tech. The 45 is great for my use. It uses GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo, so measurement accuracy is pretty high and the lock on is VERY fast (just a few seconds). Basic functionality like pausing/resuming is super easy while running.
Physically, the watch is relatively comfortable. This is coming from someone who absolutely hates wearing watches (this is the first time I've put one on in over 20 years). But it is relatively unobtrusive to me. Hopefully the longevity is good!

display is clear and easy to see while running. Love the color and it is just amazing the data you get from the watch. I'm very small and this was the only one that would fit my wrist without being uncomfortable.

I have been using this Garmin for 2 weeks now and love it. Its so accurate and the details it provides is easy to read and store. The face of the watch is stylish and I can see time & stats in an lighting.

Great first training watch

I have trained with a standard chrono watch for many years, but when my watch lost the light function, I decided to go full on GPS. This watch is very easy to set up, intuitive screens, and has a great android app.

My wife and I just purchased this GARMIN. To early to rate it as we are still trying to figure out what everything is and does. Not easy for us older folks. Rating stars is a requirement, so for me since it is a little more difficult to figure everything out, I can only give it 3 stars. If we can eventually find out how to utilize the listed functions the rating could change.
