The unit would not pair with my current system. Definitely not plug and play. Video connection vis HTML to monitor was not working. Could not get microphone/speakers to adapt to my settings. Support website was down for 3 days when I tried to connect.

Even with a usbc to usb adaptor, this wouldn't worth with my hp laptop. they also did not include the adaptor, i needed to buy my own
