Out of the box the unit didn’t sit level. My first cook on high temp the unit would say add pot when the pot was fully seated. Obviously there is a flaw. After five times in one cook I packed it up and returned it. Ninja may be making too many new products.

I've been asking for a Crock pot for over a year to replace my old one and I received this as a birthday gift. If I knew where it had been purchased I would return it. Nothing! That I have made in the ninja foodie has turned out good. Instead, it has made a waste of food in an already financially tight time for some. I have other ninja products and I love them, put this was the worst gift I have ever received.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Used it a few times. In order to get the food up to proper temperature you have to use the “bake” setting. Sauté is very slow, crock pot option on low is awful! And the hi setting is almost too high. The moisture from the inside does leak out from the lid and runs down the side. Recent you use two kitchen towels wrapped around the lid so that the liquid is absorbed by the towels. Also, I’ve used it with the tool that comes with it and the inside still SCRATCHES VERY EASY! And I take very good care of my appliances. The coating comes off pretty easy.

Terrible you can’t get any recipes for this product. They keep you going in circles to the kitchen which has no recipes for this product. Don’t waste your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this ninja cooker, I was able to sear my pot roast right in the pot and set the timer and let it do its thing. It has multiple temperature settings and a timer feature that then switches to a warming feature when done to keep your food warm until your ready to serve it.This cooker is awesome that you can use it to serve your dinner as well or put it directly in the oven if you want to crisp up your meal. Saves you from having to use multiple pans when cooking.For busy mom's this cooker will be a life saver. The only con is its size , the cooker is large(definitely can feed a large crew) so you will need a good space to store it either on your counter or cupboard. Excited to try all the other features of this product. Can't wait to make bread!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item replaces a lot of kitchen appliances you may already have: it’s a slow cooker, a frying pan, a steamer, a Dutch oven, and more. Note, this product is NOT a pressure cooker like other Ninja cookers you may have seen.
I haven’t tried all the features yet, but I’d recommend this to anyone who likes “all in one” appliances. It even comes with a nonstick friendly ladle which is perfect for not scratching up any other cookware you have.
Im looking forward to experimenting with this a bit more. So far, it’s a great addition to our kitchen!

Great multi use tool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaces a variety of appliances I have at home. Namely, my large slow cooker and crock pot. Unboxing and setup was very easy. The possiblecooker is well oganized and ready to use. I like the larger capacity, which helps us make more food for the family. I found interesting to use as a bread maker (nice to have that option now), and use in order to sautee food, in addition to slow cooking, which would have been my primary use before. Overall, I really liked it

Worth every penny!

I got my new cooker last week and used it this weekend for the first time. I made sous vide egg bites, chili, pulled chicken and chicken pot pie in it. It gets nice and hot. Love that I can dear/sauté then switch to bake or slow cook all in one unit. The pot cleans up so quick that it’s a breeze going from one meal to the next. (I meal prep so made a weeks worth of meals in one day!) and for items that need to bake uncovered, you can just throw the pot right in the oven. 10/10 would recommend and purchase again!
The only downside I can see is the temperature settings only go in increments of 5 on certain cooking methods. So for sous vide, some adjustments need to be made for certain recipes. But def not a deal breaker. I love this cooker!
