NOT A SLOW COOKER

If you’re looking for a slow cooker do not buy this. Unfortunately, I bought two and they are both useless. After 10 hours, both 2/3 full of water on slow cook, one reached 174 degrees and the other reached 177 degrees. Not safe. One of mine will sauté but the other one won’t. The other settings just full boil. There is no slow cooking or simmering anything. Check out reviews on facebook. These aren’t random issues. LOTS of people having the same problems. I cannot trust this company again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker PRO, it replaces the need for so many different Kitchen appliances. My wife loves this as she can sear her pot roast before cooking it in the slow cooker without having to use a 2nd pot. Her pot roast came out tasty and tender. She also said it was easy to set and adjust the time and temperature when needed. I used it as a dutch oven to cook my jambalaya and it turned out better than it does in my actual dutch oven. I was able to sauté the onions and peppers first and the rice came out cooked to perfection. Next up we will be roasting a chicken and my wife is looking forward to baking in it, while I will be trying the sous vide function.
It is the usual great Ninja quality, the pot is perfect for using to serve at the table and it is also non stick, so easy to clean, and the lid and spoon are dishwasher safe. The color goes perfectly with our kitchen and it is easy to store in the cupboard, although as we are using it more and more so it looks great out on the counter too.
Another 5 star, quality product from Ninja that we would recommend.

So far I really like my Ninja® Foodi® PossibleCooker™ PRO with one major exception. The low setting for Slow Cook is too low. I’ve tried using it but the food doesn’t cook even after several hours. Actually, the food is barely warm after 3 hours. Unfortunately, the high setting is the opposite extreme. The food boils. I don’t know if it is use my unit?

Coating comes off in food.

I bought this a a week ago to replace my old crock pot that lasted 15 years. I opened it and hand washed it with a sponge and dried it. I spent a lot of money on making a huge batch of chicken vegetable soup for a family gathering. I had to throw the whole batch out because as it cooked the inner coating came off around the bolts and mixed all in the soup. Very disappointed in this product.

Bad, Bad Investment

I am so sorry I bought this Impossible Cooker. I thought it would be an upgrade from my my Ninja IQ Cooker. It is definately not. I hate everything about it. It does not automatically go to warm after finishing. Everything takes much longer to cook. You can not adjust slow cooker timing to less than the presets. Worst money I ever spent. I have had Ninja multi-cookers forever and this one it the worst!

The 8.5 quart capacity is what sold me on this.

I have the two previous Ninja multicooker, the NSWBN and the Cooking System with Auto IQ CS960.Both of the older systems have a 6 quart cooking pot, so the selling point on this cooker for me is the 8.5 quart capacity.
The first multicooker included a pan, a cooking rack, and a silicone muffin pan, but not a glass lid. The second one included a cooking rack and a glass lid. This one includes only the glass lid and all accessories must be purchased separately. This cooker has more functions than the previous models, but I do still use the Auto IQ recipes on the CS960 model. The first model offered 3 levels of heat for the sauté function which I liked. This model and the CS960 offer only 2 levels of heat - high or low. As for functions, most of them you will likely never use. Braise can be done on older models using stovetop low. Sous Vide is not usually accurate on this type of cooker. Using the stick sous vide units usually works better.
From what I can see, the real advantage of this cooker is the 8.5 quart size. If you have an older Ninja multicooker and don't need the extra capacity, this purchase would not be worth it for you. If you don't have one of the Ninja multicookers, this cooker is the bomb. It's perfect for any casserole dish you can imagine. I use the CS960 often, and I'm sure I will use this cooker as much. Even so, I plan to hang on to the CS960 for the Auto IQ recipes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Foodi Possible Cooker Pro by Ninja is such an incredible kitchen tool and must have in your kitchen, it literally does everything it has so many different functions.The size of this cooker is perfect there is so much room in it, enough to where i can fit a whole ham inside. The color and design is also a plus for me it looks so nice in my kitchen and the spoon included is very well made and has a spot on top of the lid where it can be placed and held in so no worries about it sliding off, this is great for storage as well. There are so many foods you can cook in this applicance such as meats, soups, breads, pastas, and so much more. The ways in which you can cook them are endless there are about fourteen different cooking options for you to choose from making this an all in one tool. The time and temperature can easily be adjusted to allow for a quicker meal or slower for a meal prepared for later in the day. The first meal i tried out was the pork sliders which was suggested by Ninja for this product i used hawi. bread for the rolls the pork came out so juicy and tasted so great everyone in my household loved it. Another feature i favor most about this product is the ability to sear my foods normally for dinner i like to cook lots of steaks and when i do i like to sear my steaks in butter on a pan then transfer them to a baking pan then leave them in my oven withought burning myself from the popping oils but with this cooker i no longer have to go through that hassle or go through so many dishes because after i sear my steaks it does the rest of the job for me. When it was time to try them out the steaks tasted so juicy and had so much flavorful in them way better than my conventional oven so i can only imagine how other foods are gonna taste in it. Im very exited to try them out in here and cant wait to try out more recipes from Ninja. Overall im gonna give this product a 5/5 stars it has made cooking so much more easier, the design is exquisite, and all of my meals so far have came out so incredibly good this product has left me so exited to try or new recipies in it that is why i am giving it the highest rating. I Highly reccomend this product to those of you who enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes.
