I purchased this a few weeks ago and just got around to using it. I made a beef roast with potatoes and for the first time ever my potatoes were perfectly cooked. The beef was pull apart perfect. I look forward to making many more meals in the near future. So easy to use and I love the digital display. Many settings and it can even go into the oven. I'm a Ninja snob so I'm glad I've added this to my collection.

Just got this a couple of weeks ago to replace 2 older large crockpots. It is amazing! Made meatballs.and gravy yesterday for 14 people (who eat) and we had enough leftovers for 5 additional meals! Very easy to use and clean up. Another perfect product from Ninja!

No spare parts?

The cooker Worked great, used once…. Daughter broke my lid and I can’t even order a replacement so one star for the in advance for my email about to get spammed with everything but a simple notification saying that they’re actually making the parts for the product they should be “selling”
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Screw missing and it’s coming apart.

I bought this about four months ago . I use it whenever I can. My wife passed away in January and now I care for my handicapped son. I’m a navy veteran and a 30 yr. Law enforcement retiree. Tonight my son informed me that the silver top ring was not fitted to the main body. After dinner I could see that the bottom was also ajar and miss fitted. I flipped it over and found one of two anchoring screws was missing. Other than that I love the function of this cooker.

I git this On November 2025 and after 2 months it has a lot of scratches ! Low quality material ! Waste of money !

Poorly made

My third multi cooker from Ninja. Very disappointed. I do shredded brisket in it. Slow and low 8 hours. Way too hot. Ruined it. Quality compared to the older black ones is horrible. Coating started flaking with first cook. The way the pot fits in the unit design is horrible.
